Buckle For Swedish Artillery Sidearms and Norwegian Infantry 17th-18th Century #100
Details
This brass replica of a Swedish and Norwegian sword belt buckle was worn by privates in the army during the Carolean period. It has both a prong and hook locking mechanism which makes putting it on taking it off a lot easier. On the actual belt, both the sidearm and bayonet were safely and conveniently hung by the side.
